Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days. Please email info@mycactusadventure prior to returning your item.
Unless faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is advisable for a tracked method to be used, but not essential.
On receipt of the item, in an unused and resalable condition, a refund will be issued.
Faulty items will be refunded or replaced once you have contacted us with photographic information. Please provide images of the packaging if possible so that a claim can be made with the carrier if necessary.
Sale items and those that are marked as faulty prior to purchase are not eligible for refund.

Unfortunately Covid is still causing issues with the Postal Service and it can take some time for parcels to arrive. My items are posted by royal mail 2nd class unless another option is chosen. Delivery after dispatch ( usually 10 days) should take approximately 2 days but is taking significantly longer in some cases. If your item has not been received after 10 WORKING days, please contact us and a refund or replacement will be issued.

The items sold on this website are hand made and predominantly made to order. We aim to dispatch items within 10 working days. If an item is available from my inventory then it is possible that the dispatch time will be significantly shorter. During Peak times such as Christmas, delays may be possible and you will be informed if this is the case.
